Blue Isle offers the following training courses on the InTouch BPM product.
InTouch BPM Fundamentals
Introduces students to the concepts of Business Process Management and how to apply those concepts using InTouch BPM. Students learn the basic installation and configuration procedures required to install the product. Students learn basic navigation skills and how to define and execute fundamental processes.
Implementing nTouch BPM
This course requires students to have completed "InTouch BPM Fundamentals".
Students learn how to install and configure the software and how to diagnose and resolve any issues that occur during the installation process. Students learn how to deploy InTouch BPM in both 2 and 3 tier architectures and how to configure the InTouch BPM Management Console for a multi-server setup. Students learn the details of setting up procjects, jobsets, jobs, tasks, subscribers, publishers and events. Students learn how to develop complex process streams, monitor processes on the InTouch BPM Server and diagose and resolve issues.
InTouch BPM Advanced Topics
This course requires students to have completed "Implementing InTouch BPM".
This course builds upon the lessons taught in "Implementing InTouch BPM". Students learn all aspects of the various configuration options available in the system. They are taught how to setup InTouch BPM in a primary and secondary configuration and how to connect the InTouch BPM to various message middleware products, such as IBM Websphere MQ. Students are taught advanced workflow topics, developing InTouch BPM applications using the API, and performance tuning strategies.
