Blue Isle was founded in 1996 in Massachusetts by Mr. Victor Duarte with the mission to provide leading edge process management solutions designed to streamline the operational overhead required by strategic enterprise applications. A key attribute of the company is its unwavering dediction to its clients and the conviction that its products and services contribute to the success of its clients.

In 1999, the company relocated to South Florida, and one step closer to its international clients in South America.

Now, seven years later, InTouch version 6 series has been developed for J2EE to be platform independent, serving a variety of business process management needs across a variety of industries including financial, retail, and manufacturing.
