Blue Isle was founded in 1996 in Massachusetts by Mr. Victor Duarte with the mission to provide leading edge process management solutions designed to streamline the operational overhead required by strategic enterprise applications. A key attribute of the company is its unwavering dediction to its clients and the conviction that its products and services contribute to the success of its clients.

In 1999, the company relocated to South Florida.

Now, InTouch version 6 series has been developed for J2EE to be platform independent, serving a variety of business process management needs across a variety of industries including financial, retail, and manufacturing.

Victor A. Duarte

Victor Duarte is the founder and CEO of Blue Isle Software, Inc. Mr. Duarte has over 22 years of industry experience and has held exectutive positions in research and development, client services, and management consulting. Mr. Duarte is the vision behind the company's technology.

Since founding the company in 1996, his objective was to provide a point-and-click server-based system interface that would rapidly enable a company to automate critical business processes to support the business analysis community 24x7x365.

Victor Duarte has held key leadership positions with Answerthink, Pilot Software and Prime Computer and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Trinity College. Mr. Duarte has consulted extensively at companies such as Raytheon, United Airlines, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Citicorp and Prudential.
