Victor A. Duarte

Victor Duarte is the founder and CEO of Blue Isle Software, Inc. Mr. Duarte has over 22 years of industry experience and has held exectutive positions in research and development, client services, and management consulting. Mr. Duarte is the vision behind the company's technology.

Since founding the company in 1996, his objective was to provide a point-and-click server-based system interface that would rapidly enable a company to automate critical business processes to support the business analysis community 24x7x365.

Victor Duarte has held key leadership positions with Answerthink, Pilot Software and Prime Computer and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Trinity College. Mr. Duarte has consulted extensively at companies such as Raytheon, United Airlines, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Citicorp and Prudential.

Louise Saidnawey

Louise Saidnawey is responsible for Client Services worldwide. She is an industry veteran whose experience spans the entire customer value chain, including marketing, service delivery and logistics. Ms. Saidnawey is focused on providing consistently superior levels of customer satisfaction.

Ms. Saidnawey has held management positions at leading computer companies such as Parametric Technology and Computer Associates.

At Parametric Technology, Ms. Saidnawey was responsible for the corporation's infrastructure, improving the performance and reliability of the production environment and orchestrating large hardware and software migrations.

Louise Saidnawey held executive positions in product development and field services at Computer Associates where she was instrumental in the successful launch of key products. Louise brings over 15 years of process automation and systems management experience to Blue Isle. Her experience covers multiple platforms from large IBM mainframes, UNIX midrange and desktop systems.

Ms Saidnawey graduated cum laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
